Shipping Information
Orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Standard time are usually shipped the same day and orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed the following business day. If your order is for a SPECIAL occasion please let us know and we will do our best to get your order out right away. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt during weekdays, excluding holidays. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. An order received on Friday to be shipped out next day air will not ship until after the weekend if it is not processed before 1:00pm Eastern Standard time. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
International orders require an extra day for customs paperwork to be completed. Please refer to the International Shipping and Returns Policy for our International shipping Information.
Flat Rate Shipping to Canada- We offer a flat rate fee of $22.95 to ship to Canada. This does not include Custom Fees, Duty or Taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay brokerage fees and the product is retuned, shipping charges both ways will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
We use UPS and Fedex depending on the Vendor. We offers the option of Standard Ground Service or Next Day, Premium 2nd Day Air Service and Three Day Select.
Total estimated delivery times from date of purchase are as follows (Domestic Shipments Only):
Standard Service UPS Ground: 5-7 business days to the 48 Continental United States
2nd Day Air: 2-4 business days to the 48 Continental United States
3rd Day Select: 3-4 business days to the 48 Continental United States
STANDARD To Canada: 7-10 business days. Custom Fees and Duties are customer’s responsibility.
USPS Priority International Shipping: Although USPS states 6-10 days, this does not include the time the package may sit in customs in your country.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on regular priced items, for whatever reason, you may return your unused product within 30 days. Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product less the cost of shipping within 10 days from when we receive your return. NOTE: Sale items may be returned for Store Credit only.
IMPORTANT... The number one reason for returns is because the size of your product is either smaller or larger than what the person expected it to be. Sometimes pictures do not accurately depict the size of a product, so please take a close look at the measurements of each product. If you have any questions feel free to call one of our representatives.
Please read the following conditions:
- We will process your refund, credit or exchange less the actual invoice cost of outbound shipping within 30 business days of purchase.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. This form can be found at the bottom of our Returns page. We suggest using U.P.S. or other carriers that can easily trace your shipment. If we do not receive the item, we cannot issue you a credit, exchange or refund.
- All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip. *We reserve the right to inspect the product before full credit is given*
- International Orders may not be returned as stated in our International shipping policy.
- Sale items are returnable for Store Credit only.

“Great size and colour, but a few disappointments”
The design of this bag is great, and the size is brilliant. I can get all my work stuff, laptop, paperwork and personal stuff in easily.

“Great bag but not THE bag for my wife”
Bought this for the wife for Christmas. She liked it but ultimately returned it. Too "young" for her. Maybe a more neutral color would have done the trick.

“Fabulous bag!”
I have gotten many compliments on this bag, but that is just the cherry on top! This bag is very durable & the material is great in rain & snow. The straps are very well put together and won't rip (like I have had other 'computer/ tote' type bags do!) I love the zipper on top as it holds (and hides!) all that I pack into the bag. The color on the inside and outside are fabulous!
My only suggestions would be to make the top two straps (that are permanently attached, not those that you can add on) a bit longer so that I could wear over my shoulder when I have a coat on, as well as make it a bit deeper. I use this bag as both my purse & computer bag during the week, and apparently I carry a lot with me!

Highly recommended and I get lots of compliments. It is small, fashionable and lightweight. I even use it as an everyday purse, but it is big enough to hold laptop, make up, wallet, ... . love the exterior pockets too. This bag is wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank You
