Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on regular priced items, for whatever reason, you may return your unused product within 30 days. Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product less the cost of shipping within 10 days from when we receive your return. NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY.


IMPORTANT... The number one reason for returns is because the size of your product is either smaller or larger than what the person expected it to be. Sometimes pictures do not accurately depict the size of a product, so please take a close look at the measurements of each piece and our "Try this bag on" option if available. Please read the following conditions:

   • We will process your refund, credit or exchange less the actual invoice cost of outbound shipping within 30 business days of purchase.
   • All returns must have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. items returned without an RA# or a refused shipment
     without notification will be charged outbound, returned shipping and a restocking fee of $10.00
   • All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip. *We reserve the right to inspect the product before full
     credit is given*
   • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for a refund. We suggest using U.P.S. or other carriers that can easily trace your shipment.
   • If we do not receive the item, we cannot issue you a credit, exchange or refund.
   • International Orders may not be returned as stated in our International shipping policy.
   •  Store Credits are good for one year only
   • Sale items are returnable for a store credit
